Handling Elaborate projects using Worketc template sub-projects

We all have specialties in what we do, and this results in similar projects, or projects with similar steps. For example, I implement Content Management Systems using Drupal. For each CMS implementation project, there are sub-projects called

    1. Infrastructure Development
      • Ask if client already has a LAMP server environment
      • Identify data-center host
      • Setup Linux
      • Setup Apache
      • Setup mySQL, PHP
    2. Setup
      • Create SVN branch from closest existing tag
      • Checkout files and customize
    3. UI Implementation
      • Obtain PSD designs
      • Review UX workflow wireframes
      • etc

Using an intuitive and powerful feature in the Worketc project management environment makes project kick-off a breeze. I have created these project modules as sub-projects and parked them under a TEMPLATEs parent project. When I get a new project, all I have to do is refer to the scope to determine the sub-components, and then swiftly duplicate and assemble the sub-projects to get an elaborate set of tasks and stages that are already assigned to the correct people/skills within the team
