    How to create items
    1. Create new documents of the content type (KB)
    2. If the documents will have children, use the 'outline' tab of the document to place it within an existing hierarchy, or to enable it to have child-documents
    3. Commenting: Any knowledgebase entry can have comments entered at the bottom, but at least a generic account is required to post comments (with approval) or a higher account is required to post without approval
    4. Captcha is not used in KB commenting situations because KB commenting is only allowed for account holders (bots cannot create accounts as there is captcha and verification); and moderation will be done by publishers to make sure the content is relevant and accurate

    'Forum' integration

    The KB feature is available within the general site sections accessible to all account holders. Also, the feature can/will be available in a restricted (audience) fashion within the paid forum sections. This means that the paid subscription areas can have some KB articles that are also unique tot he closed group
